After we have authorized and verified your payment, it takes 1-2 working days to process your order so that we can review your order information, process and prepare it for shipping.

As we dispatch items from multiple warehouses in Malaysia, Philippines and the United Kingdom, dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. You may receive multiple parcels due to some items will be sent separately based on the stock availability in each fulfillment location. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order anywhere from 2-10 working days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date that payment is authorized and verified, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, GDEX or Ninja Van. Although our team and shipping partners work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your purchases, kindly expect delays in deliveries during peak season and unexpected circumstances including sales period and new launch period.
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, a shipping notification email with the tracking number and courier information will be sent to you. You can also track the order status under “Order History” in your account.

Unfulfilled: We have received your order and payment and our team is working hard to process your order in a timely manner.
Partially fulfilled: Some of the items in your order have been shipped due to one or more items in your order may be delivered from separate warehouse locations. Shipping information for the remaining items will be updated as soon as possible.
Fulfilled: All items in your order have been shipped and on its way to you! Please check our email in your inbox to track your package.

Please allow at least ONE (1) business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online or to be notified to you by email. If the tracking information does not update, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team at so that we can assist you further.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All duties and/or taxes are your responsibility and are not collected by Nerdunit, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

Please keep in mind that our shipping time is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Nerdunit cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Reasons for an unsuccessful delivery attempt may include the receiver was absent, the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete as well as the courier could not access the delivery location. Hence, it is your responsibility to check and provide the accurate address and complete receiver’s details.

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Nerdunit by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
International orders may be subject to taxes and/or duties. We ship your package DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government of the respective region. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by us.
For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to contact and notify us first at by quoting the order number and product details.

Returns are accepted if items are returned within 7 days (Malaysia) or 30 days (all other countries) of receipt in exchange for Nerdunit Gift Card only.

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and we will not be liable during transit until the item reaches our office. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in saleable condition with security tag labels still attached can be returned. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or exchange of any transactions although the condition above is met. Any items returned that are damaged, marked, altered and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.

Step 1: Check your order and item
Returns are accepted if the order is within 7 days (Malaysia) or 30 days (all other countries) from the date of order received. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.

Step 2: Fill in the Return Form
Please fill in the item information and reason code in the return form, and include the form inside the returned parcel.

Step 3: Packing and Return
Please repack your items in the original packaging securely and return your parcel to our return centre address below at your own cost. We suggest you to use a courier service with a tracking option to track your return parcel, as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

Step 4: Inspection
Once your returned parcel has arrived at our return centre, our team will process the return within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email after the returned item has been confirmed. Nerdunit reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, damage or any conditions that do not comply with the return policy.

Step 5: Process
We will exchange items that have returned to us within 7 days from the received date and subjected to availability of the stocks. Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all are shipped at your own cost. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange with available products or Nerdunit Gift Cards which can be used on our website with one year expiry. Gift Cards will be issued via email.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. In order to ensure a smooth cancellation process, we have established the following policy:

You can only cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After this period, we will not be able to accept any cancellations.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card only. We do not offer cash refunds.

We reserve the right to reject your cancellation request if the order has already been shipped or processed. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and our standard return policy will apply.

Please note that sales items and pre-order items cannot be cancelled. All sales are final and non-refundable.
